HanesBrands offers a text message program (the “Program”) which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Hanes Recurring Marketing Text Message Program Terms (“Text Message Program Terms”).

By opting in to or participating in the Program, you accept and agree to the Text Message Program Terms, including, without limitation, your agreement to the HanesBrands Consumer Terms of Use and the HanesBrands Consumer Privacy Policy.

Users that opt into the Program expressly consent to receive recurring ongoing messages, which may be sent by an autodialer, that may include marketing, advertising, transactional and other similar messages such as sales, discounts, loyalty programs, reward certificates, shopping cart reminders and other offers at the mobile telephone number associated with your opt-in. The Program may include receiving ongoing messages from any of the following: Hanes Outlet Store and Hanes.com.

Opt In: The Hanes Recurring Marketing Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms or by texting a keyword to the short code associated with the Program (the “Short Code”), and completing the sign-up instructions found in the text message received. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing goods from Hanes. You also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. You will receive two (2) text messages as part of the process confirming your desire to opt into text messages (First, an opt-in request message, and once you have replied “Y” you will receive a sign-up confirmation message).

HanesBrands will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages and delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to 97981. Reply START to resubscribe to SMS texts.

Abandoned cart reminders will be sent within 48 hours and be limited to one SMS per unique abandoned cart. Your consent to receive marketing text messages and abandoned cart reminders is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods.
